To configure npemwin read from an nbsp noaaport server, the files
npemwind.conf-noaaport
servers.conf-noaaport
should be copied to the "site" are renamed
site/npemwind.conf
site/servers.conf
Those two files contain the configuration parameters suitable to use an nbsp-based noaaport system as the master from which to get the data.
The sample "/usr/local/etc/npemwin/site/servers.conf" file contains only one entry, and it is actually a place holder for illustration purposes (although the entry that apears there it is operattional and can be used for testing). In a production system, that should be replaced with an actual (or several if desired) working system.
No further steps are required for normal operation. Once started, npemwin will process the files and save them under /var/npemwin/files, and transmit them to any connected emwin clients.
